Post the launch of Innovation Hub, its sustainability will be ensured by “co- ownership” of the CBE business models by various partners like NGOs, research institute, government agencies, universities, private sector enterprises, financial institutions, etc. To ensure long tern sustenance of the innovation hub, it is also planned to provide seed funding to 1-2 business models. The selection of these businesses would be done with inclusion of women and other vulnerable groups. A formal launch along with a seed funding is expected attract various co-financing mechanisms for future batch of entrepreneurs. Having its own physical secretariat will ensure IWMI’s facilitation, management and coordination to ensure sustainable future of the Innovation Hub.
